Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective 12 August 2026
Cancel anytime. Your service runs to the end of the paid month. Fees already paid for the current cycle are not refunded.
How to cancel
- In the app: Billing → Cancel subscription — takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the page shows the exact date.
- Or email support@veridialer.com from an account-owner address; we confirm within one business day.
What happens after you cancel
- The Service stays fully available until the end of the period you have paid for. No further charges are made.
- Your data remains exportable for 30 days after the subscription ends, then is deleted per the privacy policy.
Refunds
- We do not refund the current billing cycle, in whole or in part, including for unused time or unused agent seats.
- If you believe you were charged in error — for example a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact support@veridialer.com and we will correct genuine billing errors promptly.
